Google reviews you have not answered
A review is sitting on Google and the reply is still blank, or a happy customer was never asked at all. This hub points at one article for each of those jobs. Each one is a free setup in the tools you already use, and none of them tries to cover the other.
If typing is the block, start from a voice memo turned into the reply, and strip names before the review text goes into a chat. Booking the next job is follow-ups, not this page.
